AV Exit, LLC develops simulation-native behavioral models for autonomous modular vehicles — the software intelligence that enables vehicles to physically transform themselves. Swap by AI™ enables autonomous pod exchange using only the vehicle’s own motors, wheels, and AI. Any flat surface becomes a reconfiguration point — no dedicated swapping stations required. The behavioral models handle environment analysis, precision alignment, and automated connection sequences. Exit by AI™ applies the same capability to emergency scenarios, deploying passenger pods away from imminent collisions when avoidance isn’t possible. These transformation behaviors represent new territory in autonomous systems. No real-world training data exists for emergency pod separation at highway speed or autonomous coupling in unstructured environments. They can only be developed through synthetic data generation in physics-accurate simulation — making them simulation-native by necessity, not choice. Our model: We provide the behavioral intelligence layer. OEMs and chassis manufacturers provide the mechanical platforms. As modular vehicle programs scale globally, the behavioral models that make them autonomous become essential infrastructure. Our IP: Two issued U.S. patents covering autonomous transformation and emergency separation, with additional protection pending.
