Detailed list of air, ground, and specialty services: AIR SERVICES - Flight planning with PIC’s concurrence to include- Filing with all applicable ATC agencies, managing EDCT/CTOT support - Preparing/disseminating day before preliminary plans and day of flight plan - Overflight/landing permits, and slots, in accordance with all regulations - Ensures that all airports and routes are operationally suitable and meet safety requirements - Flight following/monitoring/timely relay of movement messages GROUND SERVICES - Coordinate with domestic FBOs arrival and departures schedule and services - Setting up ground handling, in accordance with all required - Ensuring fuel is being arranged and fuel releases relayed in a timely manner - File APIS and Coordinate trip information with all relevant authorities, CIQ - Flight following/monitoring/timely relay of movement messages Specialty / Consulting - VIP / Principal / CREW care needs - Mission feasibility - Ensuring aircraft, crew and passengers meet entry requirements by concerned states/regions - Advises on all applicable NOTAMs, FARs, AIPs, ICAO Recommended Practices and Procedures and the regulations of each State of operations - Advises of international flight operations restrictions and Assists in maintaining international compliance with all State rules and regulations
