At AVA Coaching, we offer personal training, strength & conditioning and nutrition services for 1:1, 2:1, small group training and online coaching. We are a family run business with a combined 10 years experience in the health & fitness industry. We have worked with clients from every walk of life from those looking to lose weight and get fitter, run their first marathon, climb a mountain, improve their performance on the pitch or simply look to improve their overall health & well being. Our goal is simple, we want to make health & fitness accessible to everyone and make exercise a staple of your weekly routine. When exercise becomes less of a tick the box exercise and more of necessity, you know you are on the right track :) As your coach, we will guide, educate and provide you with the necessary tools to manage your training, nutrition and overall health & well being.
