The company formation began in 2004 by John Lendvai, Dr. Lefang and Sarah Dang who founded BEL Development which was focused on Land Development. In 2012, John and Sarah Lendvai incorporated Ava Custom Homes and added Mr. Ted More to the team who brings a vast knowledge of leading construction practices, who has built homes in the newly revitalized Houston Heights, Rice Military, and Montrose area near town as well as the master planned communities of WoodCreek Reserve and Weston Lakes. Our close partnership with several key stakeholders across the construction industry allows us to take advantage of economies of scale of a large home builder while maintaining our signature personal touch.
