Avalon Funds Management Ltd (AFSL No. 470722) is an independently owned boutique investment management firm specialising in agriculture and property. The Directors of Avalon are Tim James, Kyle Kettlewell and Paul Niederer. Avalon is one of the first AFS licensee’s in Australia to be authorised to operate the business and conduct the affairs of a wholesale CCIV. We are authorised in the following asset classes: • Direct Real Property; • Financial assets; and • Mortgages. Currently in development, we have a new fund utilising the CCIV structure, that invests in a diverse range of Australian agricultural assets. Our vision is to create agricultural funds that encompass the strategies of diversifying farming, regenerative practices and carbon solutions, while modernising farming practices to create efficiencies in production.
