It can measure a number of attributes including intelligence, critical reasoning, motivation and personality profile. We have has administered more than 100 tests so far for corporates. Our strength is in the areas of profiling the candidate's Personality type and understanding his/her key areas of Interest and Aptitude. Head Hunting At the entry level we review and source the talent pool that is designed to have a huge impact across the organization. In the middle, we pick and groom a few younger leaders for success thereby creating a leadership pool that is proven and accepted internally. At the top, we source specialized industry experts who can coach, collaborate and help build relationships within the industry. We generally do mid-senior level assignments.
