About us: The Beginnings Established in by Chris Cook, AV Custom Ltd emerged as a separation of two main industry functions, installation and repair. With the diminishing requirements for equipment repair, due to reduced manufacturing cost and whole market expansion, AV Custom Ltd provided a dedicated team of installation engineers working for some of the most elite brands of television and music systems including the Danish manufacturer Bang & Olufsen. Over the years that followed, we honed our craft of seamless installation and integration, developing new ways and techniques of cable management and equipment mounting, to avoid unsightly cables and satisfy the highest standards, for our most discerning clients. Evolution of AV (Audio Visual), and how we’ve tagged along…. With the relentless march of technological advancement and its further penetration into the UK market, we recruited further engineers from technical backgrounds to keep ahead of the growing need of our clients. Here we established specialisms in home control and lighting control systems which we have continued to expand upon. Technicians. NOT Salesmen! Nobody likes being promised everything and ending up with nothing. At AV Custom Ltd we only have installation technicians and system specialists. We believe in delivering the achievable needs and wants of our clients. We do not wish to sell you a black box of magic tricks that guarantees an unrealistic goal. That’s not to say that we don’t like a challenge…. Just because it hasn’t been seen or done yet, it doesn’t mean it is not possible! Our project management team is on hand to talk you through your system solutions and can guide help guide you to the best solution possible, and from this approach we have continued to grow undertaking projects across the UK & Europe, fulfilling our clients fully customized domestic and commercial audio visual requirements.
