We are a specialized niche Intensive Home Care Nursing service provider, we are specializing in Quality of Life and/or Quality of-end-of Life for long term mechanically ventilated Adults & Children with Tracheostomy and people with medical-complex care needs to come and remain at home. We work with new emerging technology such as Electronic Health Records and go completely paperless. EHRs and the ability to exchange health information electronically will provide higher quality and safer care for patients while creating tangible enhancements for our organization. All our clients have an iPad, with our family app, we give our clients and their families secure access to care plans and allow them to be fully involved in their care. Our Vision We will be the Kent leading nursing and care service who are specialized in Intensive Home Care. We will provide services that allow people with complex and intensive care and end of life care to come and remain at home. Our care we provide will be compassionate and excellent to enable our clients to live a life as fully as possible.
