Aventage Consulting differs from the large established consultancies as their competitive advantage is a deep understanding of renewables, gained through many years of active leadership working for major international players and exposure to just about every kind of strategic and operational issue affecting the industry's rapid growth and globalisation, over the last ten years in particular. The partners bring proven examples of how OEMs & their suppliers have developed suppliers, negotiated, expanded footprint, optimised supply chains and executed value engineering. They have detailed knowledge about global markets, both onshore as well as offshore and credible inside knowledge of the key success factors in the industry. The partners also offer insight and access to industry decision-makers on how commercial team can deeply understand the buying process and how to maximise their competitive advantages.
