We are a group of Clinical Psychologists and psychological therapists with extensive experience working with people experiencing personal, psychological and physical health difficulties. We are passionate about what we do and aim to support people to live a valued, fulfilling life. In order to do this, the therapies we use are researched and evidence based as being effective. However, we also appreciate that everyone is an individual and will always tailor therapies to suit your specific needs. We offer a range of evidence based therapies including CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT and CAT for children, adolescents and adults. We also offer Autism Spectrum Disorder assessments.
