Avenues Home Care provides compassionate, non-medical care that helps adults live safely and comfortably wherever they call home. Through our family of companies, including As Close As Family in Alabama and Clear Path Home Care in Texas, we support veterans, seniors, adults with disabilities, and families with personalized care. Our services range from personal care and companionship to post-hospital support, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, respite, and 24/7 or overnight care. We also help veterans and their families navigate eligible VA programs and benefits that may support care at home or within care communities. Our caregivers work in private homes as well as assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation, hospital, and IDD residential settings, always coordinating with families and care teams to provide reliable, one-to-one support.
