Avere Real Estate, LLC (“ARE”), a nationwide healthcare real estate developer, was founded by Mr. Donald ("Don") C. Wilson. ARE focuses its efforts in the development of healthcare integrated medical office buildings and person-directed elder living communities. Elder living communities include Independent Living residences, Assisted Living residences, Alzheimer’s and Memory Care residences or a combination of the three. ARE conducts substantial market research to identify markets that are underserved or show signs of growth in the medical office space and senior "elder" living industry. Once identified, markets are further evaluated based on development costs, competition and long-term performance sustainability. Potential development projects then are reviewed by ARE’s investment committee for final approval. Medical office building acquisition and development are identified through market research with the goal to align with healthcare systems in the market. ARE adapts its capabilities and resources to support the healthcare systems’ development goals to improve their current delivery facilities or expand market reach.
