As a family firm, father-daughter team Bruce Avery and Prudence Upton are joined by associates Suzanne Ryan and Christy Zlatkus. We treat our clients like members of the family, too. Regardless of the dispute resolution method we employ, we approach each case with the philosophy that the reasonable party has a better chance of achieving his or her goals. In family law, extreme positions, including the attitude toward the other party or parent, are less likely to produce favorable results. In all cases, we strive for durable and acceptable resolutions that are appropriate for each party.
