A Russian private equity group which is a major investor in Russian agriculture. Approximate AUM:$200 million. AVG is the controlling shareholder of one of Russia’s largest agro-holdings, Razgulay, and we are actively involved in its management. We are one of Russia’s largest companies in sugar beet cultivation and processing, grain and oilseed cultivation, and rice cultivation. We are also active in greenhouse vegetable production and meat production and processing. We are actively seeking investment for a range of projects in the sectors mentioned above. We have lined up 75% of required financing from Russian banks at subsidized rates, and are looking for 25% or greater equity investors.
