Aviator Capital Management, LLC and Aviator Capital Aircraft Managers, LLC (collectively, “Aviator”) are, respectively, an alternative asset manager and a commercial aircraft leasing company, with offices in Miami, Florida, and Dublin, Ireland. Aviator invests in used commercial aircraft and engines under operating leases to airlines and operators in both developed and emerging markets. Currently, Aviator manages six pooled investment funds. Aviator’s internal capabilities are a key differentiator and contributor to its competitive edge in identifying, assessing, structuring, closing, and managing transactions. Aviator’s management team—including its principals, who have independently managed a legacy portfolio since extensive experience in aircraft acquisitions, leasing, operations, finance, and investor relations, along with a robust network of relationships with global commercial airlines, aircraft lessors, and financial institutions. These strengths, combined with deep technical knowledge of aircraft and engines, comprehensive insight into airline fleet planning, and a strong grasp of global aviation market trends, have enabled the core members of the management team to build a full-service, in-house leasing platform.
