Most recently, Katy worked at Simmons and Company International, an energy focused investment bank, where she was involved in multiple cross-border M&A transactions. Recent projects delivered by Avitas have included strategic planning for a large Oil & Gas service company to support the renewal of their banking facilities; provision of transaction support across an investment portfolio and preparation of an investor-ready business plan for an oilfield technology start-up. Avitas has a multi-disciplined team of associates to ensure that the service is tailored to individual client requirements.
