Our flagship product, Built For You™ provides affordable, high-quality pre-designed houses for aspiring homeowners. We intend to make homeownership accessible to more people by offering a wide range of predesigned options at price points that are within reach of the average Ugandan. How we work Built for You product operates primarily on a business-to-consumer (B2C) model, selling predesigned houses directly to consumers. A consumer already in possession of vacant land would select a house design from our catalogue of pre designed houses for us to construct for them. We offer a variety of options to suit different budgets and preferences, with price points. This price includes the cost of construction and all other associated costs until the completion of the construction. The selected design can be customized slightly to fit the consumer’s unique needs. The house is then built for the customer by Aviva on their land and handed over when all construction is complete.
