On October 2008, AVSeneca was Incorporated with TAO Community of Companies through it's partnership with Mr. Julio D. Sy Jr. Now known as AVSeneca Construction Corporation (AVSCC), the company's office is located in HanLu7 Center Annex along Felix Avenue, Cainta, RizaI. To date, AVSeneca Construction Corporation with its established professional expertise continues to offer construction and design services, estimates, project supervisions and project consultancy.
