AW Surveyors and Valuers are an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors and Valuers based in Falmouth, Cornwall. With over 30 years’ experience and around valuations and surveys carried out on residential properties, our principal Chartered Surveyor and Valuer - Ashley Winson BSc MRICS, can provide expert advice and assistance to ensure a satisfactory outcome, in what can be a most stressful transaction. Having undertaken his Chartered Surveyor training within the mining industry, Ashley’s experience in this field is particularly relevant in Cornwall, due to its mining history. At AW Surveyors, we have recognised the value of communication. If any areas of concern are discovered during the survey, an initial verbal report and professional advice is given to our clients. The completed comprehensive report is then dispatched, normally within 5-7 working days. We pride ourselves on being approachable, friendly and able to offer a professional service tailored to suit the needs of our clients. AW Surveyors mainly cover West Cornwall, but we have found ourselves being instructed to undertake surveys further afield.
