AwakenAwe is on a mission to bring Yoga and somatic practices to more communities and has partnered with Gaiam, Wanderlust, Habitas, AloYoga, MindBodyGreen, Columbia Business School and WeWork. AwakenAwe has brought Yoga into corporations, rehab centers, schools and hospitals. Founded by Diana Paschal is an 500 E-RYT Yoga teacher and coach with a decade teaching experience along with two decades corporate leadership experience. Diana supports communities to become healthy, empowered and whole. As a life-long student, clocking over hours of formal studies in Hatha, Katonah, Vinyasa, Yoga Therapy, Iyengar, Alexander Technique, Eldoa, Zen meditation, CBT, and holistic health principles, Diana utilizes the body as a vehicle to bring insight and harmony within oneself and to deepen our connection to the world. Diana is passionate to share Yoga with wider populations, and she has worked with At-Risk Youth, cancer patients, Corporate Executives, Actors, Artists, mothers, and for addiction treatment centers. Her classes blend Yoga, functional movement, breath, somatic therapies, theory and imagination. Diana is so grateful to share wisdom that has profoundly supported her healing and evolution.
