To accomplish this, we have created a career development methodology based on 4 pillars: Discovery, Planning, Navigation and Performance. Our aim is to cultivate mindsets that are driven towards Always Wanting And Receiving Education (A.W.A.R.E). Service Types: 1on1 Development Services: With Aware’s unique approach to career development and navigation, clients will be equipped with the necessary tools to be aligned with success through the various points of their career. An Aware Development adviser will work closely and diligently with an individual client, directly providing them our package of development tools, progress tracking, and mentoring. One of the advantages of our 1 on 1 service is that clients are challenged to not only reach but also maintain the peak of their potential. Group Services: Our group service is a “boot camp” style program designed to guide a group of 10 or more clients through a customized Development Package. Aware Development advisers lead these highly interactive sessions crafted to align and push clients towards finalizing a real short-term or long-term action plan. The benefit of our group service is that it provides a peer-friendly environment to openly discuss career plans, interest and obstacles.Participants of the boot camp are challenged to own their career success and performance.
