Aware International is a youth-centered nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering African minds through diverse forms of education and advocacy. Our mission is to educate, inspire, and empower communities through programs that foster climate consciousness, skill training, cultural exchange, social justice, and music for social change. With a focus on education, sustainability, and social impact, we create transformative opportunities for individuals and communities to thrive and contribute to a more just and equitable world. Our Focus Areas Aware Climate – Raising climate change consciousness and promoting sustainability. Aware Music – Driving cultural and intercultural awareness through music and arts. Aware Learn – Transforming lives through skill education and vocational training. Aware Justice – Advocating for equality, marginalized communities, and access to justice. Our Impact • Hosted Sound and Color Africa (SACA) 2024, a flagship program that combined education, entertainment, and tourism in collaboration with Royal Park Hotel, SSeth Travel and Tourism Company, and the Ministry of Tourism, Arts, and Culture. • Organized a peace campaign in Kwadaso Constituency to promote unity ahead of the 2024 national elections. • Launched SkillRise, a skill training program empowering youth with practical skills for sustainable livelihoods. • Spearheaded a peace advocacy campaign featuring the song Peace Song, promoted on Garden City TV and social media.
