Aware is founded by Sindhu, a US-trained Rehabilitation Counsellor and Psychotherapist. Sindhu holds an advanced specialization in delivering ACT and a substantial experience of working with a wide range of anxiety issues. She has trained under was under Dr. Russ Harris and Matthieu Villate, PhD, world experts in third-wave behavioural therapy.
