When we were working in different industries the biggest problem we faced was to transport our goods from one place to another primarily a short distance primarily within the state/city or less than 100 kms. It is a task calling various vehicle owners to get the price and negotiate with them. Also tracking is a nightmare which leads to anxiety till the materials are safely delivered at the destination. So we came together as a group to figure out a solution for this major problem. When we started this company we had a different vision in mind. We started with the model of per kms pricing but as we progressed we kept our options open and eventually decided on this course of business. We feel that there is a huge difference in demand and supply side expectations’ be it service or pricing. We want to bridge this gap with our services where the price and service level are determined by markets. We are primarily focused on the SME sector which is most affected. The major players are getting the advantage due to scale but the SMEs are the ones which suffer. We are wanting to overcome the plight of this sector. It is a nightmare for them to arrange a vehicle negotiate a price track the whereabouts and confirm delivery status. Our target markets are those who are wanting to transport anything in a short distance be it first mile or last mile or anything in between. Lastly Customers want to be treated like human beings.
