Being a leading manufacturer of High Pressure Compressor Parts, Structure mounted Heat Exchangers and Pressure Vessels, we serve various industries. The structural products and sub assembly parts /machines/equipment that we manufacture; involve very high quality fabrication and critical piping work. Our focus is not only to become a premier supplier of Structural and Piping parts but also to develop such fabricated products with our own design capabilities. For our regular customers, we build High Pressure Oil Coolers and 100% radiographic vessels / piping in MS, SS and Duplex steel as per their requirements. The range of pressure tested in our jobs is upto Bar and we have Indian / Imported pressure testing facilities performing tests upto Bar. All these products follow critical inspection & hydro tests witnessed by many TPI's like TUV India, TUV Sud, TUV Rheinland etc. However we undergo inspections with TPI's like Lloyds, BVQI, DMDE, IRS and Inspection teams of the end users from our customer's side. Few domestic MNCs are our clients like Benninger, Kirloskar, Bauer Komp. and recently we also have started exporting to Mytec Co. Ltd. at Busan in Korea. From the last 4-5 years, we regularly manufacture and supply critical compressor components to a Noida based company namely Tulip Compression Pvt. Ltd. Certification Information: 1. We regularly do jobs with PED and IRS Inspection.(PED=Pressure Equipment Directive, IRS=Indian Register of Shipping). Also undertake jobs like CE marked jobs/vessels as per PED and ASME under various TPI's. Welder Qualification (WPS/PQR/WPQ) for ASME and for EN are under TUV Nord. Both ASME and EN are for MS, SS and Duplex Steel etc. Experience of jobs under DMDE Certification and at the moment such work is taken as a sub contract. Here we manufacture Vessels and Heat Exchangers under IRS/DMDE. Inspection for end users as Defence. DMDE = Defence Machinery Development Establishment. QMS i.e. ISO 9001:2015 under TUV Nord
