منظمة Association of Women Surgeons هي احدى أكبر المنظمات العالمية التي تهدف لدعم التواصل بين الجراحات وتبادل خبراتهن في مختلف مراحل حياتهن العملية من مرحلة الدراسة بالجامعة كطالبات طب إلى مرحلة التقاعد AWS-UoT Libya Chapter اتحاد النساء الجراحات-شابتر جامعة طرابلس(كلية الطب البشري) هو فرع طلابي يهدف لدعم طلبة الطب الراغبين في التخصص في المجال الجراحي، وربطهم بجراحات وجراحين داخل وخارج ليبيا. لدينا ثلاث مكاتب: مكتب الEducation : يهتم باجراء محاضرات تعريفية بالتخصصات الجراحية وكذلك ورش عمل تفاعلية. مكتب الMentorship: يهتم بتقديم برامج ارشادية Mentorship Programs من خلال ربط مجموعة من الطلبة مع شخص يرشدهم خلال رحلتهم التعليمية إما خلال مرحلة دراستهم في كلية الطب أو لمرحلة مابعد التخرج. مكتب الResearch : يعمل على توفير فرص بحثية ودورات / ورش عمل تدريبية في مجال الأبحاث. The Association of Women Surgeons is a not-for-profit educational and professional organization whose mission is to inspire, encourage, and enable women surgeons to realize their professional and personal goals.
