Water industry specialists, the team also work across the wider utilities and resources industries across Australia. The company aim is to assist asset managers and operators in making informed investment decisions through sound interpretation of risk, condition and performance data. Led by Principal Consultant Andy Best, the team have over 45 years of experience in the utilities industry, and private sector, having worked across Australia and the UK. Through our proven partnering with other like-minded consulting professionals we have the ability to quickly broaden experience and knowledge within a project team, allowing us to adapt to the needs of any project. AXB Consulting was founded in 2017, following a growing recognition by the team that modern day asset managers and operators are so often stretched unsustainably by their very broad accountabilities. AXB Consulting’s aim is to alleviate some of this strain, through providing sound asset management advice across the full lifecycle of a whole range of asset types.
