What we do in Spike Labs (the parent company of Axelera shpk) is to find "other minds and hands" to help in doing the day to day activities in some non core tedious business units of big enterprises or in core processes of medium corporations. We learn, and start working on real processes, for example in supply chain orchestration from order management, supplier comunication, reverse logistics. But, what differentiates us from the traditional Business Process Outsourcing is the fact that in parallel our analysts and developer teams, start capturing data, measuring process KPI, analyzing the different and finally improving the efficiency of the whole process.
