Axelrod Projects Llc

Axelrod Projects llc provides management, planning and owner’s representation for building projects. We have a two part mission: to represent the interests of the Owner – to do their “leg work”, to track costs and schedules, to advise them in decisions – and to protect the interests of the project – the integrity of the design, compliance with codes and best practices, the long term durability, the cost and the schedule. We collaborate with the architect and contractor, giving direction as necessary, to support them in providing their best possible services to the project. We tackle the unexpected as a team. We resolve issues equitably. We celebrate the successes. We keep things on track. Our goal in the end is to deliver a successful project that we are all proud of and come away as friends.
