Working with clients is a joy, getting feedbacks, adjusting the plan according to their current strength, physical and mental feedbacks, and analyzing their improvements week by week : After training one of our clients from Europe, he made a leap in his Overall Functional Strength, that he broke his Personal Record in his Bench press ( 75kg [5RM] to 95kg) ie; a 26% increase in his upper body strength, combat sport performance, and posture improvement. And he got a Strength surge of 15%(100kg [5RM] to 115kg) in Deadlifts, that is, his posterior chain and core strength had improved, which consequently improved his Vertical jump, Sprint acceleration and lightness on feet. And if you feel safety is a problem, then you should know that Safety goes hand in hand with Strength training. A client who is a student from India, Tamil Nadu, had a minor disc bulge in his lumbar region that he had done his rehab and back strengthening ( Yes, he was medically cleared for doing the training), trained with us. But before engaging with heavy weights we perfected his form, and within 4 weeks, he got a 10%(100kg [5RM] to 110kg) increase in his Deadlifts.
