Axis Connects

Axis Connects is changing leadership. From the c-suite to the boardroom, we support and accelerate the advancement and recognition of gender diversity throughout our business community. We believe that gender diversity at the leadership table matters. Through Axis Connects programs, workshops, networks and events, we support women in their journey towards leadership positions. Together, we are- Advocating for gender diversity in senior leadership, businesses, and corporate boards- Celebrating the achievements of women through the Calgary Influential Women in Business Awards - Creating networking events, mentorship opportunities, and programmatic workshops that advance professional skills at mid to senior career levels- Collaborating with community and corporate partners to accelerate women into positions of leadership at all organizational levels. We also champion incredible business leaders in our city at the Calgary Influential Women in Business Awards which will be held on April 12th, 2024.
