Axis Fund Services (BVI) Limited (“AFS”) is a BVI based Fund Administrator regulated by the British Virgin Islands’ Financial Services Commission; under license number SIBA/L/22/1152. AFS will administer mutual funds for start-up managers, worldwide asset managers, wealth managers, financial institutions, high net worth clients and other interested investment professionals. AFS Team has over 15 years of professional experience in Fund and Management Company incorporation, Fund Administration, Fund advisory, Fund accounting and audit. To support the AFS’ business, AFS is registered in the British Virgin Islands (“BVI”) and holds a Fund Administrator License under the Category 6: Sub-category B – Administration of Investments (Mutual Funds) from the Commission in accordance with the Securities and Investment Business Act, 2010 (the “Act”).
