Over the years, a natural shift to configuring cloud applications has happened. We are experts at custom-configuring best-of-breed SaaS applications for integrated CRM, marketing automation, business analytics, and e-commerce solutions. In late 2016, we set out to solve a common problem in franchise development; handling tire-kickers. We wanted to drive applications from leads in a new way. By Spring 2017, we launched a modernized solution entitled Intelligent Lead Nurturing that utilized our in-house recruitment specialists and preferred software, Zoho and Act-On; we reactivated thousands of dead leads for our franchise clients, and more than doubled their monthly lead-to-application rates.
