Axis Residential is an owner-managed property management organization focused on our Active Adult & Market Rate Multifamily Housing Brands. Because we are owner-managed, we have a non-traditional approach to Property Management. Our primary focus is on the success of our employees and creating the best communities for our residents. Operating in 28 communities, throughout seven states, we are consistently developing properties in new markets where there is a clear lack of quality apartments. Our goal is to better serve our employees by creating an environment for both personal and professional growth. We employ an efficient staffing model that calls for the active participation of our residents to create an environment that promotes community and purpose.
