Aya was born out of a love for one-of-a-kind gemstones. Initially dedicated to African gemstones, Aya partnered with Gemfields to ensure the sustainable and ethical sourcing of natural stones in order to create unique jewellery inspired by the beauty of African life and landscape. Through exquisite craftsmanship, Aya continued to grow and eventually expanded its offering to include heirloom-worthy bespoke commissions, working with clients and industry experts to source the very best gemstones from all over the world. In 2024, in addition to its natural stones, Aya launched its new Chloe collection - one which embraces innovation and uses lab-grown diamonds and gemstones. These stones, ethically produced and identical in composition to natural gems, highlight Aya commitment to sustainability in an ever-evolving industry. Aya continues to pay homage to its African roots through its bespoke work and the continuation of its founding collections.
