AYANA Capital is based in Dallas, TX and also has an office in Sofia, Bulgaria. While we mainly evaluate fintech, insurtech and healthtech opportunities, we are a sector agnostic investor employing equity and quasi-equity instruments. AYANA Capital seeks to invest in- European enterprises that aspire to gain a strong foothold in the US market- US enterprises interested in entering the EU market and/or setting up production/operations in Eastern Europe in order to benefit from the exceptional technical talent, lower labor and utility costs, favorable tax treatment. We typically invest in up to Series B and up to $3m per company. We prefer structuring our investments as capital increases but engage in share purchases in specific situations. We aim to create direct business development opportunities for our portfolio companies on the US market by leveraging the market standing and reputation of our LPs.
