Aylesbury Grammar School is more than just an outstanding School. It is a community and family built upon nearly 425 years of history. As a School we inspire and nurture our students to explore for themselves who they want to be and find their place in the world. AGS is committed to a culture of innovative learning and achievement through pioneering expertise of all the staff, enviable support from the Governing Body, PTA, alumni and wider Aylesburian community. Our vision as a ‘free school for Aylesbury’ is to give every student irrespective of background and circumstance an opportunity to flourish. Providing an education which is unparalleled in breadth and quality of opportunity, striving to become international leaders in academic and pastoral development. We want our students to be challenged to achieve their very best, to flourish in all they do and to share a positive outlook with others.
