Aymont Technology manufactures and sells equipment used in the production of silicon carbide wafers. This equipment is available for 2", 4" and 6-8" diameters. This turnkey equipment has the smallest footprint in the industry. It utilizes Aymont's proprietary technology for growth of silicon carbide Equipment for 2", 4" and 6-8" diameter crystal growth is supplied stand-alone, or with basic or advanced processes. Furnaces all have push button loading, coil movement, and crucible rotation. We have demonstrated device quality 100mm 4H-SiC boules at customers as thick as 4 cm thick on our furnaces. These furnaces can also be used for aluminum nitride PVT. Aymont also manufactures R&D size systems for epitaxial growth of SiC and associated materials. Aymont was founded in 2006 and we make hard applications easier.
