Biz Eskişehir'de doğan, büyüyen geleneksel Anadolu Mutfağını misafirlerimize sunmayı hedefleyen bir aile işletmesiyiz. Binbir kültür harmanlamış Anadolu Mutfağı’ndan, Osmanlı Saray Mutfağı’ndan, Selçuklu dönemi halk mutfağından ilham aldık.
