I started crafting wellness journeys in 2015 because I wanted my friends and family to experience the extraordinary health transformation I had experienced in India. At a fraction of the cost in the United States, with an Ayurveda wellness regimen my hormones were balanced, my skin was glowing and I had lost 10 pounds in 19 days. Therefore Ayurgamaya, my wellness concierge, is my effort to bring to you Ayurveda like you have never experienced before. As much as I believe in a medical grade Ayurveda Panchakarma, I have come to appreciate how much a dreamy Ayurveda Spa experience is restful to a healthy individual.
