Ayyan Investment is responsible for the development of industrial projects, ownership and investment of real estate, construction of cold stores, transportation fleets, fuel stations, maintenance work, and management of and operation of industrial, commercial, and residential zones. The company was founded with a capital of S.R. 300 million and has been increased three times by granting bonus shares, where the first increase was in December 2005 to S.R. 343 million and the second increase in June 2006 to S.R. 428.75 million and the last increase was in December 2008 to S.R. 490 million.
