An Engineer’s Certification Letter of Compliance is required for buying, selling, refinancing or applying for a reverse mortgage loan on a manufactured home. We offer the following services on Single, Double and Triple wide mobile homes: on-site inspection of foundation compliance, installation of permanent foundation systems, perimeter skirting, re-leveling, and ventilation and crawl space inspection to meet specified HUD guidelines (Permanent Foundations Guide for Manufactured Housing (PFGMH-HUD-7584), dated September 1996).
