Our standard monthly rate for one property is 8% of the monthly rent. If you have 11 or more properties to add on with us, then we offer a reduced management fee of 7% per property. There are no maintenance fees, hidden fees, or any extra "surprise fees" along the way-as we take pride in our transparency and honesty!
