Azling Properties, Inc. offers professional, trust worthy guidance throughout the process of obtaining home loans. The founder and President, Jim Azling, CPA & Broker, developed the desire to open his mortgage business while providing accounting consulting services to mortgage companies. He worked with several Orange County mortgage lenders assisting executive management with automation of systems for loan originations, loan sales and financial reporting. While there were many companies that followed ethical business practices, his experience included companies that did not. The unethical companies rewarded closing loans above all else. The mission of Azling Properties is to maintain the client’s trust and confidence throughout the process of obtaining the best loan possible.
