Azurite Consulting was established in 2006 by Mary T Tierney, who had a vision of supporting people in organisations to lead, communicate and engage their teams and colleagues with authenticity. Over the past 10 years, we have been really fortunate in building a diverse client base from industries such as Pharmaceutical, Bio-Chemical, Engineering, Aerospace, Electronics, Manufacturing, Universities and Institutes of Technologies – from the multinational to the SME. For this we are very grateful and proud to have forged such wonderful long term relationships and partnerships with all our clients. Azurite's Training and Coaching programmes focus on supporting People in Organisations to become more impactful as Leaders and Communicators. They are typically run as a combination of masterclasses, 1-to-1 coaching sessions and playback sessions. The coaching sessions are a vital part of ensuring that the learning gets transferred from the masterclass environment to people’s roles.
