B-Line Construction’s President, Chris Lattuada, has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He is a licensed general contractor, a member of the National Association of Remodelers Industry, a Certified Kitchen and Bathroom Specialist, and a Certified Remodeler and a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist. B-Line Construction, Inc. is highly respected by clients, other contractors and the Building Department officials for the City of Sacramento, and all other Building Department officials throughout the Sacramento Region.
