Unser Fokus liegt weiterhin auf die levantinisch inspirierten, überwiegend vegetarischen und veganen Speisen, die von uns modern interpretiert werden. Unsere Gerichte sind so bunt wie der Orient, so bunt wie das Leben: Mit frischen und gesunden Zutaten – für jeden Ernährungsstil, ohne Geschmacksverstärker, ohne Farbstoffe.
