BABBI was founded in 1992 by Barbara Giaclina. The founder had the desire to see her children wear home shoes that were both elegant and comfortable. She combined her passion with the “savoir-faire" of European craftsmen - working with the finest double face sheepskin wool - and thus created home shoes for the whole family. Family feeling and home serenity are the essence of BABBI shoes. Home is where loved ones from every generation come together and share precious moments. BABBI shoes are made in Europe using double face sheepskin from England’s finest ethically farmed hypoallergenic wool. Each pair is handcrafted by artisans, who use a unique overlocking technique. All products are natural. BABBI only works with certified tanners respecting noble materials and resources. BABBI works with carefully selected artisans with respect for the environment in order to deliver high quality products.
