One thing that has characterized us over the years is that we are more client-driven than project-driven. We can help clients with anything from a small review to a major project design. Babbitt Smith is experienced in sustainable building materials and concepts. We pride ourselves on being innovative and adaptable to the use of new technologies and sustainable materials. Examples of systems and materials which we have worked with are Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC), Flex-Crete (Fiber Reinforced Aerated Concrete), Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF’s), and Structural Insulated Panels (SIP’s) We also understand that sometimes what works on paper may not always work in the field. For this reason, we work closely with the developers, architects, and contractors to ensure that we are designing the most cost-effective and structurally stable system.
