Bac Care

BAC Care is a private company offering a wide range of services especially to people who are elderly, extremely frail, and disabled. Our services include personal care, domestic assistance and social care services to people in their own homes. We aim to promote the welfare and well being of the individual service user receiving our services, we will consult with the service user, their families, friends, and other relative services and to provide a service that is fully integrated with the wider network of support available to that service user. We will construct a care plan in full consultation with the service user with the aim being to provide a service that is outcome based on empowering service users to achieve independence within their own homes. We also aim to provide a service that as far as possible, meets individual needs and takes full account of and is sensitive to race, religion, and cultural background of the service user. To ensure that all staff involved in the service are sufficiently trained and supported to enable them to discharge adequately and objectives of the company and that such training will be a recognised NVQ. BAC Care are passionate about their service users and believe that they deserve to live the best life possible whilst living at home. We are a preferred provider for Kent County Council and are registered with CQC.
